UPDATES GALORE!

Hey guys, sorry I know that some of you have been wondering what's up with the lack of blogging (and maybe others haven't even noticed)! I got a new camera, A Canon Powershot SD400- one up from what I had before. It's cute and sleek! So I've been using it lots, but have not had the time to download pix until yesterday.

By the way, some good news: The robbers who broke into my house a couple months ago were caught! It was 3 siblings: A brother and 2 sisters. I'm not sure about anything else though. I got my necklace back (b/c one of the girls was wearing it and they cops stripped them of their jewellery).

Anyways, on to the exciting stuff...

July 9 & 10
Dan and I finally made it down to Waterton to celebrate our 3 year anniversary.

July 16

Leif threw a surprise bday party for Andrea - and boy, was she ever surprised when they got home from her bday dinner. Andrea was bummed out all day b/c nobody, including her parents, called her to wish her a Happy Birthday...and she thought, 'here was Leif, being all romantic, decided to bring a 6 pack beer home after dinner, and hang out by the firepit' in their backyard.

Also, a special CONGRATS to Leif and Andrea on their recent engagement!!!

We also celebrated Michelle and Christy's bdays that night too at The Stonehouse Pub.

Ahhh, I LOVE long weekends!!! Dan and I went camping with Jenn and Steve and their friends at David Thompson Resort. Dan and I did a hardcore hike (i.e., STEEP and steady all the way!!!) and it only took us 2 hours to get to the VERY top of the mountain (this is the second time we've reached the very top of a mountain). The scenery cannot be justified with words...so you'll have to view the images yourself.

HIGHLIGHTS:
*Hiking to the top of a mountain
*Hiking on a trail with a suspension bridge
*Dan cliff diving
*Relaxing at Sylvan Lake, seeing an amazingly, detailed sandcastle
