MY MOST EMBARASSING MOMENT OF THE YEAR : So this actually happened the night Dan and I got into Whistler, but I think it deserves a post of it's own.

When Dan and I got to the hostel, we decided to check out the pub downstairs. Dan told me to go first, and he'll meet up with me. So I went downstairs to the lobby, looked around for the entrance to the pub, and the only one that I saw had a sign saying "No minors allowed" and another sign saying "EMPLOYEES ONLY" . But since I couldn't find any other connecting doors to the pub, I was just went ahead and opened the door....

Next thing I know, I'm on the side of a stage, and hear all these men hollering and whistling. RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME WAS A WOMEN STRIPPING. OH MY GOD!!!!! I had walked onto a stripper stage!!!!!!

Embarassed out of my mind, I quickly ran back up to our dorm room, and practically crashed into Dan as I told him what just happened. He could not stop laughing. I don't think anyone else saw me (since the stripper obviously was too distracting) but I was still embarassed as hell. We ended up going to the pub anyways (and this time, we discovered that the REAL entrance was OUTSIDE the front entrance of the hostel).

We ended up meeting a couple lads from the UK, who were living in Whistler for a couple months.
